Happiest of birthdays to Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters. You might remember him from a little band called Nirvana as well. He puts on one hell of a live show and just seems like a nice guy.
With the passing of Neil Peart this week I found this video and knew it was worth another look, enjoy!
Interesting fact about Grohl is that Rush is what made him want to become a drummer. He was introduced to Rush’s 2112 set at a young age and that Neil Peart’s innovative drumming inspired him to learn to play the drums.
Well, whatever inspired him, the world can be thankful that we have gotten to see him as a drummer and as a frontman. Keep on Rockin’ Dave!
